Would you like a message when your mail arrives?
Does your mail go to the local store? Fill in one short form and the store will text or email you the moment ordinary letters are waiting — no more trips in just to check. Parcels already have tracking.
Same layout as the Mail Alert app. Type your store name and it is stamped, centred, onto the PDF before it downloads.
How it works at the shop
- Put the poster up and clip a stack of forms over the orange box at the bottom.
- Residents take a form — fill it in at the counter or take it home.
- Hand it back. Staff add the details in the app. Alerts start on the next mail sort.
Filling it in — a couple of tips
- Names on your mail: write every way your mail might be addressed — "Robert Smith", "R. Smith", "Bob Smith", your business name. The more you list, the fewer letters get missed.
- Email, text, or both: tick how you'd like to be told, and only fill in the boxes for the ones you ticked.
- No printer? No worries. The store can fill the form in with you at the counter in a minute or two.
Your details are safe
Everything you write on the form stays in the store — kept only on the store's own devices, locked up with the same kind of protection banks use, and never sold.
