This is the support page for Ops Normal Timer (full) and Ops Normal Timer Free on the Apple App Store.

Please include which edition you are using (full or free), your Apple Watch model, watchOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Editions

• Ops Normal Timer — full duty sessions (5–15 hours). App Store.
• Ops Normal Timer Free — same app, limited to 3 alerts per session, then a screen asking you to purchase the full version.

UTC or local time

Open Settings (gear, top-left) → Alert time. Default is UTC. Choose Local to schedule reports on the watch’s time zone. This applies to the minute-picker preview, running-screen clock, report times, and notification text.
